Raw Honey

Pure honey, rooted in relationships.

At The Giddy Bee, honey is at the heart of everything we do — from the products we make to the values we stand for. Because we are a very small, working apiary, much of the honey we produce is intentionally reserved for crafting our honey-based skincare and everyday essentials. As a result, we don’t always have enough of our own harvest available for retail sale.

To continue offering raw honey year-round, some of the honey we sell is not produced directly by The Giddy Bee. Instead, it is carefully sourced from reputable beekeepers we know personally and work closely with — beekeepers whose practices align with our standards for hive health, ethical management, and integrity.

Our honey comes primarily from North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. This includes honey from:

• The Giddy Bee Apiary (when harvest allows)

• Trusted partner beekeepers, including those located very close to us in Lancaster County, South Carolina

All of our honey is sold in glass jars to help maintain honey’s natural integrity and quality — a simple choice that protects flavor, purity, and the character of the honey itself.

Regardless of source, every jar meets the same expectations:

• Raw and minimally processed

• Responsibly harvested with respect for the hive

• Sourced from trusted U.S. beekeepers in the Southeast

• Packaged in glass to preserve quality and integrity

We believe good honey starts with good relationships. Whether it comes from our own hives or from beekeepers we trust, each jar reflects the care, intention, and values that guide everything we do at The Giddy Bee.
