A true wildflower honey changes with the season, the weather, and the flowers in bloom.
Our Raw Wildflower Honey is a beautiful expression of place. Instead of coming from one dominant floral source, wildflower honey reflects the many blossoms bees visit across a region during a particular harvest window. That means each batch can vary naturally in color, flavor, aroma, and texture.
For our Lancaster County, South Carolina harvests, this honey reflects the floral diversity of the Upper Piedmont and the broader Catawba River Basin — a landscape shaped by changing seasons, gardens, fields, tree lines, and native blooms. Depending on the timing of the harvest, bees may visit a wide mix of nectar sources, creating a honey that is layered, approachable, and uniquely tied to where it was made.
We also offer select wildflower honeys from trusted regional beekeepers when our own harvest is limited. Each jar is labeled with its harvest origin so you know where your honey comes from.

About Raw Honey
Our raw honey is minimally processed and gently handled to preserve its natural flavor, aroma, and character. It is normal for raw honey to crystallize over time. Crystallization is a natural process and does not mean the honey has gone bad.
Some harvests may appear slightly cloudy due to pollen, fine crystals, or natural variation from extraction and handling. This is part of raw honey’s character and does not affect quality.
